Cancellation Policy

Refunds: If you must cancel your reservation for any reason and wish to receive a refund, notify TAHC&H, Attn: Emma Marthaler via email (emma@tahch.org).A full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee will be given if written request is received by 8/24/26. A full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee if a written request is received 8/25/26-8/31/26. No refund will be made the day of the conference or after. Refunds for payments made via ACH will be issued in the form of a check and may take up to 3 weeks for processing. 
 
Credit for a future event: If you would like to receive a credit with TAHC&H for your cancellation, you can do so up until 8/31/26. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. All credits must be redeemed by 12/31/26.
